Lemon White Chocolate Cookie Shake

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to a shake consistency.
  2. Pour into a serving glass or mug.
  3. Top with the graham crumbles and mini marshmallows and brulee the marshmallow with a torch.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbles of half of a baked cookie over the shake, taking care to eat any that fall off.
  5. Garnish the side of the glass with a lemon slice.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw, a long-handled spoon for thicker shakes, and a pair of sunglasses.
  1. ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  2. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  3. 3-4 large scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
  4. 2 baked cookies or 3 dough pucks
