Shipping Information

Timing: Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2-3 days for handling time prior to the order shipping. Your treats should arrive 3-6 days after being sent. Custom personalization adds another two days.

  • Your treats should arrive 1-5 days after being sent. Your order will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified.
  • You may also choose expedited service, but please remember this does not include the processing/bakery time. For example, if you order after 12pm CT on a Wednesday, your order will not ship until the following Monday.
  • See the special notice on the shipping page during checkout for the next available shipping date.
  • Shipping and handling charges depend on the price of your item. These charges are added to your order and included in the final amount. Check out the shipping chart below.

Shipping Promotions: When a shipping promotion (such as flat rate shipping) is active, it will only apply to orders under $250 and to each address in the order. Only one promotion can be applied to each order, so shipping promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion code that may be active at the same time.

Overnight Shipping Notice: During the holidays, FedEx is ultimately responsible for the delivery time. We can select Overnight Shipping and get your package to FedEx within the allotted same day time frame, but sometimes FedEx is unable to provide it due to their processing times. We never guarantee Overnight Shipping. If you selected Overnight Shipping and did not receive the package overnight, please contact FedEx with your provided tracking number.
